Chetan Verma brings over 21 years of diverse leadership experience across logistics and supply chain, tradefinance, food and agri-commodities, and financial services. His cross-sector operating experience has given him a strong understanding of business environments, organisational structures and the leadership capabilities required to deliver sustainable business outcomes. Chetan has worked with organisations including Citi Financial, HSBC, Olam, Jubilant Group, NBHC, Star Agri
and Maersk, across India, Africa and international markets. His experience subsequently led him into leadership hiring and executive search, where he works closelywith organisations on senior leadership and CXO-level talent requirements. His approach combinesanunderstanding of the business context with a focus on identifying leaders capable of delivering growth, operational excellence and profitability. At Prowiz Consulting, Chetan is particularly involved in senior leadership mandates, client advisory andexecutive search, bringing an operator’s perspective to the assessment of leadership talent. He holds a Science degree from Hindu College, University of Delhi, and an MBA fromIIMLucknow.
